Offering services of a commissioned and insured Notary Public, and we come to you! Whether services are needed in a private residence, assisted living, nursing facility, or hospital – we are here to help.

Notarizations

A Notary Public may notarize and/or perform the following acts:
  • Contracts;
  • Legal Documents;
  • Medical Release Forms;
  • Power of Attorney;
  • Attest to photocopies;
  • Certify/attest photocopies of certain documents.

Items not notarized or prohibited acts:

  • Photographs;
  • Copies of birth certificates, or any other vital record or public record;
  • Certify a translation of a document from one language into another;
  • Provide signature guarantees;
  • Prepare legal documents, or immigration papers (this is reserved for attorneys licensed to practice in Florida.

 

Lamercie Health Care does not employ attorneys. We cannot give legal advice regarding any document(s) or instrument(s) presented for notarization. If there are legal questions related to a document or instrument, please seek the consultation of an attorney.

Setting Up Your Appointment

  • To submit a request, please give us at 813-733-1002 or email us at solutions@lamerciehealthcare.com. Please indicate the nature of the document, if witnesses will be present, location, and preferred time for the appointment. 

  • We request 24 hour advance notice; however, same day requests may be available for locations that are within 25 miles from the Ruskin area.

  • Forms of Payment: Cash, Check, and CashApp. Charges include:

    • $10 per notarized act, unless a different amount is authorized by law.

    • There is a convenience fee covering time, and travel is billed separately. Costs are based on a number of factors, such as distance, urgency, after hours, etc. All mileage charges are based on travel originating from Ruskin, Florida. 

  • At this time, we do not provide witnesses

Cancellation Policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled start time. Failure to do so may result in the refusal to provide future services.
